How do we navigate human experiences we do not yet understand?
Physicsin Life
Using the language of physics to map the hidden dynamics of human experience and find orientation in complexity
A first glimpse
One moment,two ways of seeing.
The story we tell
"He makes me feel this way."
What physics observes
A system responds strongly when something touches its natural frequency. Resonance creates nothing new - it reveals, amplifies or activates what already exists within us.
Physics in Life uses moments like this to separate what we observe from the story we tell about it. That distinction changes everything.
Physics in Life is a coaching and reflection framework for personal development. It borrows the thinking discipline of physics - defined concepts, careful observation, explicit model boundaries - to map the hidden dynamics of human experience.
Applications

About
Barbara is a geographer, educator and German as a Foreign Language teacher.
Working with learners from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds sparked her fascination with a simple observation: people often experience things deeply, yet struggle to express them because they lack the language to describe what they already know, feel or sense.
As a geographer, Barbara is trained to map landscapes, recognise patterns and navigate complexity. This eventually led her to develop an approach that uses the language and models of physics to make human experience easier to understand.
Physics in Life uses the language of physics to map the hidden dynamics of human experience and help people find orientation in complexity.
